| General Characteristics of 2600 Series Linear Louvered Diffuser Down Flow Unit Heater | |||
| The 2600 Series Linear Louvered Diffuser is a down flow unit heater; constructed with 16 gauge steel cabinet with epoxy powder coated finish and control compartment with a hinged and latched access door. OSHA guards standard with all models. For industrial and commercial use. For indoor use where heat needs to be forced down from ceiling. The heating element is corrosion resistant with steel sheath and steel spiral fins. Overheat protection: All units come equipped with manual reset limit controls to de-energize the heater should an over-temperature situation occur. The motor is totally enclosed, 1 speed, 1 phase permanently lubricated, thermally protected motors with unit bearings on 3KW to 20KW models. Totally enclosed, 2 speed, 1 phase permanently lubricated, thermally protected motors with sleeve bearings on 24KW to 50KW models. Axial flow fan blade - 1570 RPM max. All Models equipped with Fan Purge which allows Fan to operate after elements are de-energized to purge residual heat. Temperature controls: 208V, 240V, 277V, and 480V units have built in 24 volt transformer for low voltage remote thermostat application. 600V units have in-built 240V control on 5-20 Kw models; 25-50Kw models have 24V control. 25Kw models may operate as 2 stage heaters if 2 stage remote thermostats are used. Disconnect switch: all models equipped with in-built disconnect except F3F2640, F3F2650 and H3H2650. Installation: unit can be mounted using optional mounting bracket or field constructed angle iron bracket Not recommended for mounting with threaded rod or chain The 2600 Series Linear Louvered Diffuser shown with standard wire guard. The main purpose is for you to receive your products in New and Perfect condition within a Shipping Industry that due to over handling of heavy items may damage your product before you receive it.
To properly receive and allow claim protection for you and us, and the origin factory. You the client must inspect all items being received by opening all boxes and packages that may have a hidden dent or damage. The truck driver may try to pressure you into signing and accepting the merchandise as is, however by law they are required to wait for the client to inspect his or her products completely. So please do not let a driver pressure you into signing fast.
Once you inspect all items, you may write refuse on the paperwork to return at time of delivery any component that may seem damaged or unusable due to shipping wreckage. This refusal will allow us to replace or handle a claim to repair or return you a new product depending on the claim procedure.
It is your final responsibility to inspect all products in a LTL, Less than Truckload, Shipment. We will not be responsible for paying for any damaged goods and freight for products you did not inspect properly at time of delivery.
